Your User ID is a unique number that helps us identify you in our system. This number is essential for checking your account details, including your subscription status.
Important Note: your User ID is different for each of your devices. Thus, whenever you contact us with questions regarding your profile, please make sure to provide the right User ID.
You can find your User ID in the top right corner of the of the Profile section of the app:
If you've already logged in, please note that your Account ID does not equal your User ID!
