How do I cancel the subscription that I signed up for in the app?

Important Note: unfortunately, we can not manage subscriptions made in the app stores. Such subscriptions can only be cancelled by users themselves.

If you made your subscription via the App Store or Google Play, below you'll find a quick guide on how to cancel it:

For iOS:

1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
4. Tap Subscriptions.
5. Tap the subscription that you want to manage (i.e., IntellectoKids Premium subscription).
6. Tap the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button.

For Android:

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap Menu > Subscriptions.
3. Find the subscription you want to cancel.
4. Tap Cancel.
