If you've subscribed on our website and feel like you're eligible for a refund, please reach out to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to state the reason for a refund.
In case you've subscribed directly in the app and already cancelled your subscription in your app store, you can request a refund there. Please note that under these circumstances, it's up to the app store support team to decide whether your purchase is refundable or not.
If you have an Apple device: please contact App Store's support team. Unfortunately, we can't make a refund for your subscription because we don't have access to your Apple ID account and proceeds from the sale. All Apple payments are managed by Apple, and we don’t have access to them. So it is the App Store who issue refunds.
If you have an Android device: please reach out to the Google Play Store support team or share your receipt number (it looks like GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX.0) and your User ID with our support team at email@example.com. If you're eligible for a reimbursement, we'll issue the refund as soon as possible. You can find your GPA number in the email from Google Play Store, which they always send to confirm the subscription made.
