If you have iOS:
Please contact App Store's support team. Unfortunately, we can't make a refund for your subscription because we don't have access to your Apple ID account and proceeds from the sale. All Apple payments are managed by Apple, and we don’t have access to them. So it is the App Store who issues refunds.
If you have Android:
Please send us the request to email@example.com with your receipt number (it looks like GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX..0) and your user ID, and we'll issue the refund as soon as possible.
